Here at Adventure Through History, we believe it is vital to educate our children on the ongoing issues in the Middle East. We believe it is crucial they grow up understanding what’s happening, to enable them to show empathy and compassion so they feel empowered to help. There are too many adults who deem the issues in the Middle East as “too complicated” to understand. This has to change, given the humanitarian crisis that’s unfolding before our eyes, and will have long lasting consequences for years to come.
This is a free lesson including PowerPoint briefly detailing the history of the conflict, guidance for grown ups and an activity pack for children.
